i posted the same issue in the maintenance thread, but i guess this would be a more appropriate venue... i second the point. i wasn't sure that i hadn't just missed some warning about it but now seeing this thread makes me a lil more confident that at least i'm not the only one. i had no idea there was any time frame…

300 mb? i just finished the update on my POS comp in about 1 minute. i dont see how that could be so big... unless something went very very wrong... is the manual patch that size? EDIT: ok just updated another (much newer fancier) comp and it took about 20 seconds, so about that 300MB...

forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask, but since there is no posting on the patch notes thread... "The Watcher of the Earth no longer offers a quest for free Genie reset items." i had no idea this offer had a time limit. was there some warning about this that i missed? thank you!

I second that... not that it helps the OP. I can also confirm a char staying in game for a bit after getting DCd. However I have never tried to do anything with said characters, since they were mine and i knew they were DCd. Interesting point, I'll have to remember to test my catshop after it gets DCd without disappearing.
