I can't seem to start this quest! someone help? I am an Earthguard (Mystic) and the Elder Star does not give me the quest. Also, I tried going to the Human Elder and he also did not have the quest available. I am a fresh lvl 40 and I did receive the System Message. So any ideas to why i can not start this quest?
