It's a problem with how Wine handles S3TC (texture compression) and if it's disabled PWI looks correct. The sucky part is you can only disable it by patching wine's source code and recompiling Wine.

I can play PW alright in wine 1.1.2 in Gentoo, but I had to apply this patch and recompile wine: http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=16817 This is the WineHQ bug for the image problem: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12560 There might be some other tips with getting it to work on Ubuntu.

Yeah, just banning those who exploited won't fix the fact that they bought up tons of rare items and sent them to friends/alts.

They'd probably only roll back to last night's server maintenance and refund you any mony spent between that time. It's not that bad. :)

To those who say a rollback is punishing those who didn't do anything wrong: Not rolling back is also a punishment to those who didn't do anything wrong because of all the rare items the exploiters bought up and the extra coins now in the system. So the question is really, which is the lesser of two evils, rolling back or…
