Hey guys...I was playing around in the GUI and found a button. There is a small menu at the top of your screen near your character menu. The second icon on it is named "Show/Hide players outside the range limit". Click that :)

Hi, I have the same issue. I downloaded the International client from perfectworld.com and installed it on 1 desktop & 1 laptop.
