I'm having this issue as well, even though I've managed to log into a client of PWI. Re-opening Arc in the same account as the one I'm logging in (after killing it in Task Manager), the Install button is suddenly there as of about half an hour ago, even though I'm actually still playing the game! This needs to be fixed.…
