Agreed, a faction Home Room would be a great addition, and pobably much appreciated. Perhaps something only lvl 3 factions could have, and only faction members can enter. I think it would be neat if the actions worked on mount back. You might have to tweak them a bit to make them more interesting, say, falling off the mount, or the mount charging forward, that sort of thing.

Seeing as you can be "knocked" from your mount by an attack, why not allow players to fight from their mounts? You could even allow players to "lvl" their mounts, pertaining to the loyalty you already have set in. So to say, expand on the loyalty. But mainly, fighting from a mount seems like a fine idea to me.
