Nope all caracters gone,for more then 6 hours now!And not any sign or a feed that they aware of this fact or at least working on this problem.

Unable to retrieve caracter lisy,but for a **** ****ing 5 hours now and not any sign that they working on this problem!No information,no nothing ****ing nada!

Its beeing 4 hours now that i can not see my chars and not any information if they working on it wtf is this?

Raging tide i got disconnected and after logging back in all my chars gone,its highly annoing that the same problem happening over and over again!Is this our reward for charging so much Zen?After 5 years they are still not able to run this game smootly bunch of unskilled game develophers!

I last already an account where i spended over 10.000 euro now im back after 3 years made new account,spended 100 euro to start with and now i can not log in,if there come a rollback it would mean i dont have any chars because i started 2 day ago new account,and then there is the question what happend to my money?

I spended 100 euro and i dont see any chars i can also not contact support how to solve this problem?b:shocked
