Tried it 5 times and it says "Windows can't find "C:\pwi\Perfect World International\element\data" check spelling and try again.

Tried that but it says the it can find the file...RAWR!

Lol I having the same issues so people are having here...I can't get pass the element.deta thing...heck I can't even go into any of the servers...and I was so physicked about playing this game :/.This is frustrating...waited almost 3 whole days the download client to find out this **** ain't working.
