The only way to get Extention Stone and the Safe Extention Stone is to purchase from the Perfect World Boutique. You can press ALT+O to open the Boutique. The two kinds of stone are in the item---treasure icon.

buy a cheapest sword(maybe Lv.2 weapon)from the blacksmith in City of the Lost, City of the plume or Etherblade. then just ask the blacksmith to decompose the weapon.
