same here can log in but have no characters, what is going on.?? why is server up if we cannot play?

what is this all about? I want my toon, my gear, my money, where is it?

maintenance is over, servers are up but have been trying to log for hours, "Network Server error" comes up over and over. servers are up but can't log. I have spoken with others here that cannot.
