I have the same problem, stuck at 0%. I started downloading when the patch came out and the update bar hasn't even moved a little even after several tries.

I dun even get an option to select an avatar on the edit avatar page.

Well you can start by giving away 3*+ orbs and hyps, or some lvl 10+ shards.... :D
