so has this been affecting the point we might have gotten while the page is down? meaning because it was down if we vendored things while it was do we lose out on the points we should have gotten?

no i mean like before turning in. when they are still in the list before you turn them in. many people like me do bulk quests and they all just stay in the list till you turn them in. make a separate section for quests that are ready to be turned in.
