As I registered in 8/14/08 I should have gotten the mount. However, I went to my mail just now and nothing. Is there something I'm missing or should I submit a ticket?

Where exactly are we supposed to get the mount, cause I went to the postbox and didn't get anything. Note, I registered for the closed beta, so I know I was registered before the 30th.
