Worst cases so far were purified oil, and condense glue. I killed the exact same mobs on my-en (cant recall mob names sry) , and i got 10-15 of them by the time i get 0 or 1 here. You can make potions from level 5. Make a speed boost potion and boom your fast like a horse (and much faster than flying).. although it doesent last too long :S
