Realy theres alot u can do with a veno i know some venos on our server that wear HH99 gold heavy armour and are using the neon purgatory lunar wand so they still have and insane mag attack but i was told if ur gonna go heavy you should wait till 95+ to restat to it realy no need for dex and for hp its all about the gear…
