depends on if you do the offers right, and how active you are. i'm not very active, so i only make about $2 a day. but some of the people cash out multiple times a day. one guy just cashed out for $12 from offers he did today

this site doesn't require you to get a lot to cash out. you can get 1 point and cash out. as far as there being a lot of them out there, yes, in fact, i use about 5 of them myself. while waiting for the offers to credit on one site, i go do offers on another.

actually, the referrer doesn't get that much. 10% of each offer, and most offers only give $.25. 10% of 25 cents doesn't really mean much.

as for junk mail, like i said, create a few emails specifically for the site. your main email won't get any junk from it.
