I dont really see an issue with charging for a revive. I'm glad to give money to someone that saved me the money of using up a doll or scroll. Not only that but the experience saved should be worth it alone. It sux to have to recoupe all that time to get back that 5%. I wouldnt charge for a revive if I was in a party, but…
