I went demon on my Technician but didn't get the skill Inner Harmony that gives extra sparks. I can't find it in the skills list either. Am I missing something or is this just an omission that will be fixed? She is level 100.

I have an issue where I am teleported, get the pop up, but don't get the backpack or the quest to deliver it.
