Yup this is a very cheap trick and not good for other guilds that wont be able to re-bid for a higher price. One thing i think that should be done, is to limit the max number of territorys owned by a guild, like 6 to 8max, this would probably make more guilds more competitive and also incentivate other guilds to do TW's
