If your strictly pve, have you consider checking out the morai axe? I know you said you won't be able to make it to 101 but you can level pretty fast with a random squad from 100-101 in FF.

It all depends on your style of gameplay, if your going PVP, I would use the two lunar rings because of the magic defenses but if your going to just PVE meaning DDing I would go with the rank 8 ring and one lunar.

I would go with using hypers and farming air mobs such as vipion. I think that would be cheaper then oracles but you'll have to suffer the exhaustion time. Also you might need to invest in a hp charm because those poison do hurt when they stack.
