Yeah, I'm running SP2 with Directx 11. The flickering occurred for me at 2 different areas of the tideborn area, each were spots with more people in a very small area than I could count (I didn't run around too long before logging out to see if there was a solution posted here).

I'm having the flickering black screen as well in the Tideborn newb area, however it seems to only occur when i rotate the camera to face a very large crowd of people in one spot.
