This may be the wrong place to ask, but I haven't gotten a reply anywhere else I've asked...But...How do you log off the game, without forcing it to close by ending the process?

Okay I know this may sound wrong, but...How in the world do I log out of the game? I mean I looked at everything and there isn't a "log out" button, or something. I had to force the process to end to close the game. I know that's not the right way to do it, and for all I know I lost everything for doing it that way. So…
