They talked with support all last month but support basically said nothing they can do... my friend was the one with this issue and he's decided to quit because he's tired of dealing with not being able to keep going in the questline.

No reason to be an ****. Maybe some of us haven't been around for the most recent updates? At least the guy above you wasn't being a jerk. This is why new players get discouraged when asking a question because of posters like you.

So from the first link that was posted to the PWCN site, I used translate and its mentioning perfect international 2, which we all know to be pwi2 which is in the works so it might be something strictly related to pwi2?

They said they won't do it mainly because it'll take too much time for them to get all of your character info and inventory/bank items copied over to the new server.

Yeah my faction leader submitted an icon about 2 months ago and we still haven't had an update to ours :/ even with the patch last night. Fac's name is Aeonians.
