1) dunno just something i go used to , name is irrelevant since i use almost same name on forum. 2) Its quicker for me to use shortcuts for the bottom 2 rows and faster to just place some stuff at the top row and click them, rather then cycle through all 3bars to then use a shortcut. Personal preference
