It wasn't meant as an attack or anything. :) I've just noticed the same trend in most online games I have played in the last 10 years. If you consistently come in under the estimates though, the majority of players will be happy. Even if you do still occasionally run into overtime.

Might be a good project for Admins:* Track how many maintenances are completed on time. * How many are completed ahead of schedule. * How many run into overtime, and by how much. That's a relief. Just spent 2 hrs downloading and installing, tried to jump in the game and couldn't hit the patch server or game servers. Glad it's just maintenance and not something screwed up with my install. Guess I get to wait another hour. ;)
