I get the same issue, especially when alt-tabbing between windows. Everything is set down to muted volume, but the foot steps and sometimes fighting sounds appear when switching screens. It usually goes away for me if I go back to settings, slide the volume up and then back down then click confirm. A hassle, but nothing…
