I too have encountered this issue but only with the pet bag. I bought a super cage for my veno, /Jiggles\, over 5 years ago. Last week I finally got around to getting a second super cage and using it, but it also did not extend my bag. By the time I noticed this, it was too late to get screen shots of the purchase, however…
