I'm able to save screenshots. I can see a saved preset but if I select it I get "Customisation data error." and nothing happens. I've tried making a new cleric and set the skin tone the same. I didn't notice the issue even after I got in game, so I'm going to try recreating my character's look and will see if it was a…

I'm not sure if I can do this, because when I tried to save the character's look as a preset it would look like it had saved and was added to the list, but when I opened character creation back up there were no custom presets.
