Its not that we're bored; I struggle a lot with Neverfall's content because i'm mostly a 3-4 shot for the mobs there. I am unfortunate enough that I have not so great net (by not so great I mean satalite net) and I can't do Heavenfall Temple for orbs and other things to help refine my gear higher.

This! if you're going to base restrict us; at least add more than 3 instances for the lower lvl'd/geared people. Hell.. even just doing Bh instances insures people do their bh's and it gives points to unlock the base.

Where do you see it talking about the last 4 weeks? Its a weekly thing now and I know a lot of the smaller faction owners are freaking out because we can already see that our bases are pointless if we don't have the proper player base.
