  • I was having the same issue yesterday and had to go all the way out of the game including arc. Once I did that the problem resolved itself and the issue stopped.

  • ok well what its doing to me is error saying. "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Horse pucky I have dx 11 installed so that should not be an issue with vista its only for the pwi update that its doing to me on all my other programs…
