Normally bans like this are done automatically based on IP address's. Since Singapore is so close to Malaysia, its possible that you registered with a Malaysian ip address - which would effectively include you in the ban. I could be wrong - but that is the most likely reason.

Have you tried restarting your computer? It is likely that another instance of the game is 'stuck' running in memory. (IE: You closed the game, but it did not properly terminate the "elementclient.exe" process.) If restarting does not fix the problem then the quickest solution would be to uninstall/reinstall. I understand what you mean - but it does not change that the colors I see are different then the colors that display in the "color" boxes. So far every "Special" clothing item appears on my computer as being exactly the same color as it is shown in the cashshop, regardless of its dyed color. Any resolution?
