i was 40 one week before closed beta ended so that's not the reason...

i was 45 in CB (Holysky) and didn't get any Zen in OB so far... i really tried everything and wrote an e-mail to the support about 10 hours ago - still no reply :( I also checked if there's another char with the same name on pve and it isn't. Maybe this will help... :rolleyes:
