This is not true. With only 832 different bows possible we would see a perfect stat bow by now. After over 50 rerolls and counting on 2 different weapons I have not seen a 24 or 25 attack lvl, or a 10 or 11 attack lvl. They are very rare. 3/4s of these rerolls are between 14 and 19, not the 1/3 this logic would suggest.…
