• In your case going full R9 on your BM and simply going 5 aps on your sin will give you the best of the 2 classes.

• My advice would be not to make your sin r9 and just go for the t3 dagger+tome 5 aps gear with 6.5k+ hp. With that aps gear youll do fine in Pk and it's perfect for PvE.

• yeah there seems to be a problem, atleast with bank payments. Not sure about other payment types.
