If the late comment is reference to necroing the thread then no it is still relevant ingame and as much of an issue as when i started playing. With respect to hamsta's comment, the problem as i see it is not mana regen during instances (assuming cleric is only healing and not attacking as well), it is with questing.

The time clerics need to spend meditating detracts from the game. Wizards have their own buff which stacks with celestial guardian seal. Venos have multiple spells that regen mana. I have been observing a problem with regeneration aura. In some scenarios involving bosses that are using area of effect attacks I am not observing any healing being done (myriad wyvern and farren) while regen aura is up. Celestial guardian seal may make a difference to a class with low mana. It only makes a slight difference to intelligence builds, perhaps celestial guardian seal could be made proportionate to total mana rather than an absolute value?

Having levelled a cleric to 50+ and recently started playing veno the disparity between the classes with respect to the amount of downtime spent regening mana could not be more apparent.
