  • Agreed, clerics don't have to be pure healers, and rarely are. But fact is for an FB run, unless you are more then 20 levels over the FB, you need one person to be focused 90% on healing. Now if you have 2 clerics in the party, 1 can be 90% healing 10% damage, and the other 90% damage 10% healing. Myself I enjoy healing…
  • I could easily see FB 19 as something not that hard to solo at 35ish, never tried myself as I'm a full support cleric that has trouble with level 30 normal mobs at level 50 8P. but yeah... there's no real point in it. if you are higher then the boss, you get crappy drops. No tab = no bonus XP for the boss. Basically your…
  • No offense man, but level 30 is not a point in time to judge. Fact with the charms is they don't scale. At low levels the concept of blowing 221 mp on a skill you use once a second, dosnt seem plausible or necessary. In the same way getting hit for 100 damage would have killed you at level 1, and been a slight scratch at…
  • well in the case of 1 on one teaming, lets compare ironheart level 5 (available at level 26) and blessing of the purehearted level 6 (available at 25) in 3 seconds it takes to cast blessing of the pure hearted you have healed 385 + 26% of your magic attack in that same 3 seconds, if you had cast ironheart 3 times you'd…
  • I'll divide things into 3 categories for you GREAT SUPPORT SKILLS Ironheart blessing - Your main and more or less only heal, note it is stackable Vangaurd - As it levels it eventually doubles the armor of your party Spirits gift - Boosts magic attack, make your wizards and veno's do more damage, and make your own heals…
  • 8D wow another cleric who thinks like me 8P. Let me warn you right off the bat this game starts out EXTREMELY solo based. I started out with the same mentality you are, and I gotta warn you, I didn't get to do a thing I moderately enjoyed for a good 90 play hours into the game. To progress you have to do all the quests,…
  • Yeah apothecary for clerics is a HUGE plus while leveling up stash up on salvia root and crane herbs, build yourself the largest stock you can of those 2 by level 30. Focus powders (increase regen by 50 a sec for 10 minutes) are a HUGE lifesaver for your aching spirit charms.
  • How would you guys say clerics compare to other classes in terms of expenses, say barbarians, wizards etc... I know veno's can pretty much roll by without breaking the bank via HP and MP recovery skills, pet to tank protecting their armor etc... But most interested on how our MP costs compare with a wizard. I know neither…
  • For absolute best support, with no intention of soloing. I'd say pretty much 90-85% wisdom. Just enough str for your armor everything else wisdom. Or possibly on occasion some vit could help you a bit from the occasional crazy AoEs. as for buffs, pretty much all of them are EXTREMELY helpful in certain situations. Vangard,…
  • True physical attacks don't really work with a cleric in this game. We have no skills to boost melee attacks and no special melee attacks besides just whacking things with a stick. In addition our heals are all based on magic attack, hence if you have your points in str instead of magic, your healing will suffer. If your…
  • Well cleric working harder to heal isn't exactly saving any money either. Considering while a tank can go through his guardian charm, to prevent that a cleric pretty much has to burn out a full spirit charm on a single boss as well. The big thing is that there's no real way to make MP regen and planning a legitimate…
  • getting married involves the bride and bridegroom to have a marriage package from the cash shop. $30 for each of them. Once you have that, you see the eldest matchmaker in arch, and both accept the quest
  • This game it is really obnoxious the way clerics work. But essentially the biggest thing is in this game healing is more like a snowball that has to pick up speed, rather then a sudden surge like it is in most MMOs. The only good heal is a heal over time that stacks. So when we start healing it sucks, then as it stacks on…
  • Yeah as he had said, you know how when you die, you have the 3 buttons Return to town Use scroll Resurect revive un-grey's out the bottom button on that list for the person.

  • Basically the fundamental that I just learned, ironheart stacks with itself. meaning in that 15 second time, you could have 10 ironhearts stacked on top of each other (it only shows one icon, but the healing is an insane amount). Wellspring does about half of ironheart, but the results are instantaneous. So essentially…
