Mystics pet heal also heals faster than veno's pet heal. They have the same base heal and % , but the mystics has .5 second channel and cast while veno's is 1.5 sec channel and 1 second cast.

I think it would also depend on who you're grouping with to go pvping with. A blademaster and wizard work together quite well. i would say neither pack because the odds of getting something good is really bad and can promote bad gambling habbits b:pleased. Of course if you feel that its your lucky day go right ahead. If you want just plain old tokens though its better to just buy them from players. You get more tokens for your money.
