Is anyone else having issues getting the active points for instant completions? I finished an UCH run, but my Artifact Instance completion is still at 0/1. Other faction members are saying they have the same issue, even with DHJ.

Has anyone done aeu since the update? Did they remove balance and twin modes?

When are we going to get the chrono hunter updated? Also is it possible to bring back old quests and events, like dragon quests and the celestial tiger event.

Do we happen to know when we will be getting an update? Since the removal of bos, it's hard getting barbaric crystals for those who cannot get into AoS squads.

It sounds like its timing out. Try closing all pwi clients and patchers (not arc) and then try again. If you wait too long between pressing play and entering a server, it won't let you log in.

Are you logging in through the client directly or through arc? (You can't log in directly from the client) Also, it is possible to time out if you wait too long from the time you hit play from arc to the time you select a server.

Was the event fixed? I submitted a ticket and they said it should be working for most of the community.

Are you using arc or the new passport thing? I haven't heard of any issues with the game and the connection.

When you say cross server, is it actually like xnw and dragons conquest? Or like ulfgard and nr, which isnt really a cross server for 2 servers (i think da and ti)?

I know plenty of mains who can't get into anything past fs, let alone survive. Also, it removes one of the ways newbies could generate coins to learn skills. At least with bh aeu and eu you could gain 500k silver and a potential book to your collection. If it was a duplicate you could also sell it to get coins to learn one…

How do you start the chrono hunter thing? I found the npc and queued up. My squad went from 1/3 to 3/3. I know a few others also queued up so there were at least two other squads. I waited half an hour and nothing got triggered. Did anyone have better luck?
