May not even be "on the agenda"???? What?!?!? It is so UNFAIR to hold characters back by not allowing to let them use the advantages of the Warsoul Repository simply because they are an old toon!!! Tideswell is also raining with the mount being sent to "random" people's mailbox. So far though every person I seen with the mount is an OP player who either IS, or is more then likely, a cash shopper. So not really sure how that is considered random.

That mask is male hair fashion that you can equipt. I just don't know the name of the fash set unfortunately...sorry :( If I recall correctly the mask is actually silvery so the toon in your screen shot has black skin and it makes the mask around his eyes stand out.

Plume has one close to the tailor thats closer to Teleporter. Also I just used the Archo NPC in South West corner of city 2 days ago and it worked fine but don't recall it having an option for gender swap so not sure if u were maybe at wrong NPC.

About the Free Event Gold for new accounts, what I'm wondering, since it was not specified is... Do you need to be the specific lvl (50 and 79) BEFORE the 9/25 event end to get the Tier prizes? Hello, But, the quote from the link u posted also continues and says "but you can only be online on two at once at the most" which means that you CAN potentially have more than 2 accounts if they were created prior to the rule. No wonder people are confused though. PWI is sooo known for being UNclear on rules.

Yes, while in squad as a healer, a Cleric should never use a Morai weapon due to the lack of Mag Attack it gives, which is what a clerics heals are based off of.
