Yet another person who manages to play PWI without being able to read. The 14th day of the event started roughly 2.5 hours ago, not 20 hours ago.

What a joke. 11 accounts logged at same approximate times each day (1pm PST + after server reset) and all but one get the tier one reward. If the stats available on pwdatabase for the new recasts are to be believed, there is no change in refine, just the guaranteed atk lvls.

Not sure who gave you the bogus explanation, but slaying/warding levels are in no way related to or applied like atk/def lvls. You are sorely mistaken. Warsoul 2nd cast bow mops the floor with g16. While the base damage numbers are a bit lower the WS weapon gives +6% crit as well as an additional 18~19 dex. Add those two facts to the silly 70 point damage bonus and the attack levels and you have a significantly higher damage output than the g16…
