My only response to that is: (right now) send in a ticket and explain that you are trying to play their game and have had to resort to this due to their lack of a solution for the current problem. If you're afraid to get banned, we did say you have two options. Use a VPN ORRRRRRRRRRR reset your router. Both should work but since I have people here who work from home I'd get in an insane amount trouble, so the risk is worth it for me.

Use a VPN!! I just had a friend try it on his other laptop (we're in the same room) and it worked. We've tried to log in all day but it hasn't been working. You just need to change you IP with a VPN (it can be free or not, no matter) it will work. Best of luck!
