no one does, but i did think the same as you and go over to reset my password and its done, but then i go to log in game and the game still takes my old password, so now i ended up with one password to log into the website and another (old one) to log into the game BS or what?

yeah i just straight out wrote them a seriously detailed 400 word ticket see if they do anything to fix my account, which they have screwed over >_>
