to answer the question honestly not looking forward to the update at all what so ever why bother even updateing when you dont even bother spending an hour or so to repair the current patch what would be the point in updates when no effort is put in to maintaining what is already there?

no its not because i cant open a ticket it will not let me when i follow that link and clicked account help the last choice it says register on one option and email us as the other and says i am not registered yet clearly i am on an account which i have registered .

no not duh i have tryed it alwasy says i need to register and theres nowere to click to register i type register and it sends me to my account page were there isnt any option to register
