indeterminate Arc User

Great, bury the topic where no-one can see it. No-one from pwi/pwe reads anything on these forums, the only point to having a bug thread is to warn potential players as far as I'm concerned. Still, they'll find out soon enough, hopefully before they spend any money.

Still no fix on the broken buttons. tbh idc any more, I log to do HS and TW, and that's it. Better to waste spend my money on vintage electronics test gear, at least I get enjoyment from it, and a profit too, sometimes.

Next: Just found out Assistant Wang Tsai is not usable. I've already tried resetting gfx before I posted here.

Ok, so on top of all the buttons under the chat window not working, now I discovered the skill menu button doesn't work, and the skill menu also cannot be accessed with the keyboard shortcut, nor can the expressions menu. I'm not the only one this has happened to. No more money wasted on this game, for me anyway.

There are a few guilds on Da that take lower level players, but they don't tend to recruit in wc. Off the top of my head I can only think of Drako. You might try keeping an eye on wc for people running lower bhs, and pming them to see if they are in or know such a guild.

Yes you did And btw, this is only possible where 'endgame' is taken to mean 'mid-refine r9 junk-sharded no card set no glyph no starchart'. Any genuine endgame toon, caster or otherwise will sit there afk all day and your 'mildly geared r9' will fail to even tick its charm.

the clunky game engine isn't what's killing this game, it's pwi's complete lack of interest in anything more than extracting the last possible penny from their customers without bothering to fix serious problems, or care enough to communicate

Did you already open the designgraph? It's easy to miss as it goes to the Wonder Market instead of the Creation Workshop. Failing that, you get another one when your HS reaches level 11, iirc

Sadly this fix doesn't work for me; I don't have an appinstallconfig file. My game and arc folders are separate, presumably as I played pwi long before arc, and only added arc when it was forced upon us in order to play.

Redownloading is merely inconvenient for anyone with unlimited data and a fast connection. It's a major problem for anyone with a data limit or slow net. Given that it's likely a very small fix, it would be nice for pwe to actually do something about it for once.

Perhaps it would be useful to have the problems with arc fixed.
