Well I have just found some interesting news. My video card is not compatible with DirectX 11. It only supports up to Version 10.1. There is no way for me to uninstall v11 and install v10.1. Lol, yeah sorry about that. I'll download that, reboot, and see how it goes. For some reason it's downloading at 50kb/sec. Usually is about 350kb/sec. Idk maybe it's just the hurricane. (I live on the East coast). I'll get back to you soon.

I'm having this same problem. Other people keep telling me to download DirectX 9.0c End Runtime. I do then when I install, it just tells me I already have the most recent version of DirectX so no update is required. If anyone can help me please let me know.
