in my opinion i was a really good and reliable player... i helped ppl with their questions/quests/any kinds of problems, never was offensive to anyone, did what i could to make gold on legal ways without donating, i think this all doesnt lead to a 1+ day ban... i cant even go to the support page and log in with my account…
