okay. welll im playing a wzard on HL anyways and i was planning to go arcane until i was a much higher level then switch to LA or is the difference really that important... thanks though !

okay nvm i decided to roll a wiz cause there way cooler...anyways are the old guides still usefull??? as apparently APS is the new craze and ive read that people are starting to use low levels of hailstorm...
