For what i've seen in some videos so far, squads only do as r9 just to nuke bosses and speed up the run. People die there and get one shooted despite of their gear, and dynamics wont change despite of your gear (like first boss and his elemental adds for example). So is another of those instances were only OP people might get to farm and take advantage of (like old days nirvana, sound like something pwi would do). I've somes orbs i could use for +10 my saber (Was saving it in case i ever get r9) but it sucks for other players who dont have that kind of gear or refines.

Are those mats tradeable? aparently people already started with their "only r9rr squads" mentality for that Instance. And some mats can be obtained with Sigil of nightbloom from homestead dailies
