well this thing will be ever because only 2 things does matter lvl + gear and numbers but i agree that on fresh server its funny and u get alot pvp

I would ask some staff member to clearly say if they have their services opened for european players or not because for some users it may be confusing.

yeah i forgot about their "problems with keeping given word" but that was 1 of the reasons why people left them. So all in all there is no PW server in europe, for european players and atm pwi is only company that can make one if they care about european players.

Well east usa servers doesnt have huge lag, its quite good to play the only problem is server time and i think there is no policies about that, so in general in my opinion it could work as a 1 more east usa server with european server time and i think all european players would be really happy to play there in "normal"…

Well if u plan playing on pvp server u need to get some friends for sure to defend ur spots when u ll get 30+. All in all on pvp server u cannot be sure when and who ll attack u there is no pk mode switch.
