yes i did reload vista from scratch checked my graphics card drivers aswell my monitor driver (they seem to be fine, no flaws i can see), and I still get the black bar at top of my monitor. ya i had top and bottom black bar'd but now that i'm out of game my computer monitor is permanently black bar'd at the top at a res of 1680x1050 i've tried every fix i could think of and even reformatted my whole computer and it still haunts me, why have that checkbox when they got all the resolutions
